Fee Schedule: (effective September 1, 2006)
Continental U.S. & Canada:
*Local Keynote/Half Day Fee.............$4,900
*Non-Local Keynote/Half Day Fee .....$5,900
*Full Day Fee...................................$6,900
International:
*Keynote/Half Day Fee................$7,900
*Full Day Fee.............................$9,900
*Local Range: within 100 miles of Cleveland, OH
*Non-Local Range: more than 100 miles from Cleveland, OH
*Time: keynotes up to 90 minutes, half days up to 4 hours,
full days up to 8 hours
*Expenses: fees do not include coach airfare,
lodging, meals, incidentals and any purchased participant materials
*Video/Audio Taping: 10% of speaking fee (Paul receives
the master)
*Audio taping: no extra charge (Paul receives the master)
